He was waking a few times a night and rising early (4:30am) and only taking short day naps. Sylvia took the time to understand his sleep patterns and asked loads of questions about his room, his diet, his temperament etc to get a good understanding about him. After 2 weeks of support he had gone from waking multiple times a night and rising early to waking once a night and sleeping til 6:30-7am each day. He’s also in a much better day routine. Sylvia’s support was unwavering during our time and he really encouraged us on the hard days and took the time to explain why she was making particular suggestions and to remember to play the long game. We really enjoyed that she respected our wishes to not let him cry it out at any stage and gave us options along the way of different methods to try. Sylvia is so professional, kind and knowledgable. She is so pure and you can tell she only has our best interests at heart.
